Come and bath in deeply relaxing and beautiful sounds of Tibetan bowls, chants, bells and drums.

Sound is an ancient form of healing that clears and renews your energy.

Let your brain patterns gently entrain to the sound waves and rhythms of the instruments, to relax more quickly and deeply, and help to calm.

During sound session you will be in a state of deep relaxation (an optimum state for our innate healing powers to take effect) which allows the body to pick up the vibrations it needs to help shift blocked energy and restore the body’s natural frequencies.

All you need is wear some comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water (to hydrate yourself after the session) lay down, close your eyes and relax (mats provided). You can bring your own blanket/ cushion for extra comfort.)
