Come and bath yourself in deeply relaxing sounds of Tibetan bowls, voice, bells, drums and relax into sound and vibrations of beautiful chants.
During sound session you will be in a state of deep relaxation (an optimum state for our innate healing powers to take effect) which allows the body to pick up the vibrations it needs to help shift blocked energy and restore the body’s natural frequencies.
All you need is to wear some comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water (to hydrate yourself after the session) lay down, close your eyes and relax (mats provided).
You can bring blanket/ cushion for extra comfort.
