group sound healing sessions


I also run group sessions when you take part in sound healing journey with a group of people (no more than 20).

During a session you lie down comfortably allowing yourself to drift to beautiful, healing sounds and vibration of Tibetan bowls, voice, bells. Towards the end of the session, I use a selection of grounding instruments: drum, rain-sticks, shakers.

At the end of the Sound Session, you will be left to absorb the silence as you re-balance and ground, before re-joining the outside world again.

It’s advisable to avoid stimulants (alcohol, coffee, etc.) or a heavy meal before-hand and ideally to avoid or limit alcohol afterwards. Please take a bottle of water with you. Please wear comfy clothes and bring your own blanket/pillow for extra comfort.
